Training for Project Cycle management organized by Coalition SEGA

Within the project

"Representation of NGOs for Active Youth Participation", a Coalition of youth organizations SEGA in the period from 10th to 11th July 2018 organized a training on "Project Cycle Management" in the premises of Coalition SEGA.

The training was attended by 11 participants, representatives of the partner organizations of the project-  MIRR and LAG AGRO Leader from Krivogastani, two representatives from the municipality of Krivogastani and representatives of Coalition SEGA. The participants gained basic knowledge about the project cycle and will act in the direction of implementing the acquired knowledge.

During the training interactive methods, role plays, small group work, case studies and presentations were used,  through which the participants gained the skills and different techniques for practicing the acquired knowledge about lobbying and advocacy and Structured Dialogue.

Additionaly, interactive methods, small group work, case studies and presentations through which the participants gained knowledge about the project cycle and the stages of the project cycle were used, such as: Needs analysis, goal hierarchy, design of indicators. On the second day of the training, the Logical Framework Sessions, implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation of the project activities were held.

It is expected that this training will act to strengthen the capacity of CSOs in order  to start applying and implementing the activities. In the next phase of the project Coalition SEGA will be the mentor of these organizations if there is a need for consultation for a particular call or project.

 

The project is financed by the Small Grants Program of Preda Plus through the project "Improving the active involvement of Macedonian civil society organizations in the decision-making process through strengthening of newly founded civil society organizations
